I get back on the mat (sort of) with my friend Lisfranc

I got on the mat for the second time, and took the warm-up part of the class, on the theory that doing movements I associate with being healthy will help to get healthy.  I don’t know what prospective members who are watching class must think!

I still cannot curl my toes under, or put the top of my foot flat on the mat to sit seiza or land from a back roll, so I took some picture to show the surgeon. Can I hope to do these things eventually? Hope so, but I know physical therapy will run out before then.
