Status of complications

Saw a urologist about the unfortunate side effects. She said I had worked out why it happened (probably because no one came by with a bedpan until hours after the operation, when the spinal had worn off) and what to do about it (Kegal exercises), so there wasn’t much more she could do, unless the situations worsens!

The pins and needles down the outside of my left leg are another matter. They have largely gone away, but when I lie down, they often start up, and the leg is slightly numb. Told the surgeon, who didn’t seem very concerned. Unfortunately, I forgot to tell him at the last appointment. Have to do some more research on this one!
