Feb. 14th..Finally did a forward roll!

I finally was able to do a forward roll.  Not a fantastic one, but a forward roll none the less!  The problem before was that my toes didn’t have enough flexibility to push off.

Now the challenge is to do one in which the knee starts out on the floor, and you slowly lift the knee off the ground to push off. It’s usually shown to beginners, but if your toes don’t work, it is almost impossible, I have found. The issue with this one is not just flexibility, but strength.
