It’s Working!

Thought that after taking over a week off for Thanksgiving, birthday parties, and other events, I would be a wreck when I started working out at the gym again. Not to mention that I was really stiff at the dojo. But I was wrong…I felt really good doing aerobics, weight training, and swimming. And thanks to my sister who was my swimming coach when she visited over Thanksgiving, I have lots to work on! So the gym idea was a good one as long as I don’t go overboard!
